Company Tax Returns

In Singapore the default year end is 31 December but alternative year ends may be chosen. Regardless of the year end chosen Company tax returns must be lodged by 30 November each year. However it is a requirement of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) that an Estimate of Chargeable Income be lodged no later than 3 months after the relevant financial year end.

Our Singapore tax team can act as your Company’s tax agent with IRAS. We can complete your company tax returns, and Productivity and Innovations claims and obtain relevant tax rulings where necessary. We can also handle the submission of your Estimate of Chargeable Income.
